Vice Chairman, Afghanistan–Pakistan Joint Chamber of Commerce and Investment — Works to strengthen trade, transit, investment, and business cooperation between Afghanistan and Pakistan, supporting one of Afghanistan's most important regional economic relationships.

Early Life and Education: Born in Kandahar, Afghanistan, Mr. Mohmand grew up in Kandahar and completed his high school education there. He later pursued university education in Nangarhar and Kabul. At just 13 years old, he began working part-time alongside his father, gaining early exposure to trade, business discipline, and customer relations.
Business Journey: At age 23, he formally expanded his business career through import-export activities, eventually building international connections including Singapore. In 2002, he established Shadab Zafar Development Company, introducing Afghanistan's first private residential housing town in Kabul, pioneering large-scale private-sector urban development.
National Service & Recognition: During Afghanistan's 2021 economic crisis, as Acting Chairman of ACCI and Member of the High Economic Council, he played a critical role in maintaining trade channels, market stability, and supply of essential goods. His contributions have earned him the Ghazi Mir Masjidi Khan Presidential Medal, along with awards from the Ministry of Education, Parliament, and other national institutions.
